Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. This is a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers.

• Bus driver: $23.00/hour to start.
• Pay match is possible for experienced drivers who are currently earning more.
• Flexible use of paid time off, not restricted to medical absences
• Paid physical exams
• Pay for mandatory safety meetings
• Duties:

- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus interior
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Manage passenger behavior and maintain a calm and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to manage passenger behavior effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Proficient in English language skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of bus driving regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to passengers
- Familiarity with paratransit services is an asset
